Introduction
STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL
The Consortium & Associated Television International (ATI)
A New Standard in Global Television and Film Production
Executive Summary
This proposal establishes a groundbreaking partnership between The Consortium, an international film and television development & production company, and Associated Television International (ATI), a leader in premium content financing, production, and distribution.
This alliance is uniquely positioned to leverage The Consortium’s proven expertise in developing, financing, and producing premium content with ATI’s resources and operational support, creating a global powerhouse for scripted, unscripted, and limited series programming.
With The Consortium’s inaugural production, Wolfland and Paintbox already in motion, this partnership is primed to deliver immediate results, utilizing a structured, repeatable financing model where secured debt financing is covered by pre-sold sales exceeding production costs. This ensures a low-risk, high-yield production pipeline that will form the foundation of our 2025 slate.
Under this strategic collaboration:
• ATI will provide development funding for IP acquisition and development across scripted, unscripted, and limited series.
• ATI will fund operational budgets akin to a housekeeping deal, including office space in Los Angeles, ensuring a strong U.S. base.
• The Consortium will provide parallel operations from London, leveraging international sales representation, European distribution, and a global financing network to enhance the partnership’s reach.
• The Consortium’s access to structured debt finance will further bolster production budgets, enabling rapid greenlighting and ensuring financial sustainability.
• The first projects are slated for delivery in 2025, with quarterly ROI tracking and immediate activation of production cycles.
This transatlantic partnership ensures a fully integrated global production ecosystem, designed to maximize efficiency, optimize content monetization, and fast-track delivery of high-impact, commercially viable programming.
