WOLFLAND
In the small 1930s Irish village of Ossory, young FINN, 10, witnesses his sister LILLIAN, 17, attacked by what appears to be a massive, terrifying, humanoid wolf. Sadly, no one believes Finn’s version of events. But when Lillian begins to show signs that she may be turning into a wolf after all, young Finn is sent to find the one man in all of Ireland who might be able to save her...
DEVLIN, 60, is a legend around these parts but also a divisive figure. No one believes in wolves anymore, especially Father Bennett and in a completely Catholic village like Ossory, those who do are considered pagans. But the signs are there, and Devlin knows his business...
But it may be too late. By the time Devlin t is allowed to get to work, by the now convinced Father Bennet, the Wolf is making its presence felt, letting the town know he’s ready to come and get Lillian whether they like it or not... Devlin races against time -- the coming of the full moon, of course -- to cure Lillian. If she’s not cured by then, all bets are off.
So the good news is -- he cures Lillian. The bad news is -- someone still has to defend the town from the beast, who is none too pleased that his soon-to-be beloved has reverted to her original form and is now on a rampage of carnage. This beast must be stopped. Unfortunately for Devlin and Finn, they may very well be the only ones up to the task...
